Front Door Defense

Formlabs in Somerville, MA is seeking a Services Strategy & Operations leader to own two or three high-stakes initiatives from framing to implementation. You will define the problem, build the case, align teams, and ship change while carrying real operating responsibility. You will own our AI and self-service strategy, lead the team transforming post‑sales customer experience, and help launch new capabilities that strengthen our reputation for best-in-class support. #J-18808-Ljbffr Front Door Defense
