As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and help maintain a secure environment for employees, visitors, and operations. You will remain visible to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly reporting observations to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate security-related logs and incident reports.
• Observe loading, receiving, and production-area activity as assigned, reporting potential policy violations, damaged property, or other concerns in accordance with established procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortability using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
