Associate Account Manager

Job Title: Associate Account Manager (Flexible Packaging) Location: Irving, TX (On-site with limited remote flexibility & domestic travel) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role A growing U.S. subsidiary of a global flexible packaging manufacturer is seeking an Associate Account Manager to join our team in Irving, TX. In this role, you will manage customer relationships, drive business growth, and oversee commercialization projects for food and retail packaging solutions. This position offers a clear career path to Account Manager as you gain independence in account and project management. Key Responsibilities Account Management: Support and lead business reviews, maintain existing client relationships, and identify new market opportunities in the U.S. food and retail sectors. Project Commercialization: Oversee packaging trials, product approvals, and commercial launches, coordinating across clients, manufacturing plants, and overseas cross-functional teams. Sales Operations: Assist with pricing, forecasting, commercial terms, and sourcing comparisons (cost, lead time, quality) to optimize supply solutions. Post-Launch Growth: Track sales performance, ensure customer satisfaction, and expand offerings across additional product lines and regions. Qualifications Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills. Ability to travel domestically (approx. 5%, higher during trial phases). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. Authorization to work in the United States. Preferred Experience 1–3 years in B2B sales, account coordination, or project management (flexible packaging, food manufacturing, or industrial products strongly preferred). Experience with flexible packaging, packaging machinery, or convenience-retail supply chains. Experience working with global or international manufacturing partners.
