As an Event Specialist, you will collaborate closely with vendors, clients, and internal teams to deliver exceptional event experiences that exceed expectations. Key responsibilities include: Planning and coordinating all aspects of events including venue selection, catering, and entertainment. Developing and managing event budgets ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints. Negotiating contracts and establishing relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners. Collaborating with marketing and communication teams to promote events and maximize attendance. Overseeing event setup, execution, and breakdown ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction. Monitoring and evaluating the success of events through feedback and performance metrics. Requirements include: Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as an Event Specialist or similar role with a successful track record. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
