Position Summary

tec5USA is a leading provider of precision spectroscopy and optical measurement systems used by customers across advanced manufacturing and scientific industries. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to manage shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations while ensuring high-value products and materials are handled accurately, safely, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily domestic and international shipping and receiving activities.
• Pack and prepare shipments ranging from small parcels to large, crated scientific instruments.
• Schedule carrier and freight pickups and prepare shipping labels, packing slips, bills of lading, commercial invoices, and export documentation.
• Track shipments and work directly with carriers and vendors to resolve delays, damages, shortages, or lost shipments.
• Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Perform incoming inspections for product identity, quantity, condition, and visible damage.
• Record shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions accurately in Acumatica ERP .
• Oversee the organization and day-to-day management of the warehouse and stockroom.
• Maintain accurate inventory locations and ensure products are properly labeled and stored.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventories.
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain adequate shipping and packing supplies.
• Keep shipping, receiving, and warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Identify opportunities to improve shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse processes.
• Cross-train in related operational functions and assist other departments as needed to support overall business needs and workflow.

Qualifications

Required

• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience.
• Experience with international shipping and export documentation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily priorities.
• Comfortable using computers, including Microsoft Excel and email.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position.
• Willingness to cross-train, learn additional responsibilities, and provide support to other departments when necessary.

Preferred

• Experience performing incoming inspections.
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory-management systems; Acumatica experience is a plus .
• Experience handling fragile, precision, scientific, or high-value products.
• Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, DHL, freight carriers, and shipping software.

Physical Requirements

This is a hands-on position that requires regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and handling packages and materials.

Some crated instruments, freight shipments, and pallets may weigh 100 pounds or more . Appropriate equipment, such as pallet jacks and carts, or assistance from another employee should be used when necessary.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation is competitive and based on experience. Candidates with experience in shipping, warehouse management, international shipping, ERP systems, or inventory control may qualify for higher starting compensation.
