Balanced Physician Care, a physician-owned Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice located in Jacksonville Beach, FL, is seeking a  Family Medicine or  Medicine-Pediatrics   Physician. 2026 graduating residents are encouraged to apply.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

• Competitive base salary + panel growth bonus
• No RVUs. No insurance billing.
• Extended visits with a focus on meaningful care
• Typical volume: 10–14 patients per day
• Opportunity to incorporate integrative and/or functional medicine

SCHEDULE

• Monday–Friday clinic schedule
• No weekend clinic hours
• Shared, low-volume call

PRACTICE MODEL

Balanced Physician Care operates under a Direct Primary Care model, empowering physicians to:

• Maintain smaller, manageable patient panels
• Spend more time with each patient
• Build long-term, relationship-based care
• Practice medicine with clinical autonomy and minimal administrative burden

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Interest or training in integrative and/or functional medicine preferred
• Brings a compassionate, relationship-centered approach to care
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Passion for relationship-driven, patient-centered care
• Values accessibility, continuity, and thoughtful care planning
• Thrives in a collaborative, small-practice environment
• Experience in placing iVs preferred but not required
