About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis to join their team. This executive-level role is pivotal in serving as a strategic partner to the CFO and Executive Leadership Team, with a focus on shaping the company's financial strategy, operational performance, and long-term growth initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis, and will be tasked with building a scalable FP&A function to support the company's continued growth. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis include FP&A leadership and business partnership, owning the company's annual budgeting process, and developing sophisticated financial models. The role also involves supporting enterprise-wide strategic planning, major business initiatives, and M&A activities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, with an MBA, CPA, or other advanced credentials preferred, and at least 10 years' of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance. Strong executive presence, exceptional financial modeling, and a proven track record in leading high-performing teams are essential. The role requires advanced proficiency in financial planning tools and a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
