Registered Nurse (RN)

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for delivering quality patient care in a healthcare setting. Responsibilities include: Providing personalized nursing care to promote patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, conducting ongoing assessments, revising care plans based on patient needs, and offering clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs. You will implement departmental policies, interpret programs and goals, and ensure adherence to standards and regulations. Qualifications and Skills: Must hold an active RN license in good standing, with a nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree). Preferably, have at least one year of skilled nursing experience. CPR certification required, either upon hire or during orientation, and must remain current. Demonstrate excellent customer service, positive attitude, reasoning, good judgment, and effective communication within an interdisciplinary team.
