Full-Charge BookkeeperLocated in Clermont, FLSalary: $50,000 - $54,000 based on experienceSchedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PMFull-Charge Bookkeeper Summary:We're hiring for a growing CPA firm servicing diverse individual and business clients seeking a Full-Charge Bookkeeper.Full-Charge Bookkeeper Responsibilities:Full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients including monthly financials, quarterly reporting, and bank/expense reconciliationsReview and record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting processPrepare sales taxes and payroll taxes at the end of each monthPayroll processingRT6, 940, 941, 1099 and W2 preparationMonitor financial transactions and reportingProcess checksFull-Charge Bookkeeper Requirements:A minimum of 2 years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience for multiple clientsHands-on MS Office including Excel and QuickBooks Desktop and OnlineTax preparation experience a plusBenefits of working with Express:Weekly PayMedical, Dental, Vision, Short-Term Disability, and Life Insurance401(K) Savings PlanHoliday PayFree Online TrainingReferral Bonus
