Core Responsibilities

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, ordering necessary diagnostic procedures, and developing customized care plans
• Identifying and managing acute, chronic, or episodic illnesses, either in collaboration with physicians or autonomously (as permitted by credentials)

Qualifications and Education

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Required Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license for the state of New York
