Manage and maintain the CRM, ensuring accurate contact records, meeting notes, and pipeline activity. Lead weekly business development pipeline reviews and track follow-up actions. Draft client communications and develop presentations, pitch materials, and other marketing collateral. Manage LinkedIn content and executive profiles to support thought leadership. Plan and execute conferences, receptions, and client events from start to finish. Design event materials, invitations, presentations, and email campaigns. Manage guest lists, communications, vendors, venues, and event logistics. Track event timelines and identify opportunities to improve the attendee experience.
