Administration Analyst, Officer

Our client is a French bank. They seek an Administration Analyst, Officer to join their Manhattan, NY office.ResponsibilitiesProcess payment of overhead expenses, including review and approval of vendor invoices and preparation of wire transfer instructions and checksPrepare reconciliations and analyses of activity in Administration ledger accountsRecord journal entries and data input into QuickBooks and Midas (GL), including vendor onboarding in QuickBooksSupport preparation of sales/use tax and commercial rent tax returns, as well as the annual overhead expense budgetCoordinate the annual fixed asset inventory exerciseManage off-site records storage, reconciliations, and annual document destruction processesAdminister annual branch-wide review of Policies and Procedures and assist with updates to Administration policiesMaintain customer records in CAR databases (Midas and Summit), including processing and verifying signature authorizationsOversee Avigilon premises security system and access card database, including employee access updates and reportingAssist with business travel, telecommunications, facilities maintenance, IT support, purchasing, and onsite/offsite event coordination as neededRequirementsBachelor’s degree of equivalent experienceAccounting background/experience and knowledge of basic accountingMust be organized, detail-oriented, possess good interpersonal skills, and be a team playerExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBasic knowledge of Midas and Summit is a plusKnowledge of QuickBooks is preferredJob ID # 47488Tagged as: Hybrid Remote/OfficeDate Posted:Posted on May 12, 2026Location:New York, NY 10022, USAJob Title:Administration Analyst, OfficerSalary:$100,000 - $110,000
