Recruiter - Temp

Manage the recruitment lifecycle for exempt and non-exempt positions, focusing on Corporate Functions Partner with and advise hiring managers throughout sourcing, feedback, and offer negotiations Act as a subject matter expert on talent markets and talent acquisition best practices Identify, attract, and close diverse candidates aligned with PVH's values and mission Create and implement recruiting strategies with hiring managers and HRBPs Review job descriptions and define ideal candidate competencies and profiles Provide timely feedback, interpret procedures, advise on decision support, and develop communication plans Deliver a high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience Liaise with HR centers of excellence and internal teams on workstreams and partnership opportunities Drive recruitment momentum and appropriate time to fill Maintain Workday ATS/HCM systems and databases, including candidate databases, requisition routing, candidate tracking, onboarding support, and job postings Improve weekly open-position reports and provide updates to HRBPs Participate in information sessions, career fairs, and internship initiatives with strategic partner universities Support talent acquisition projects through advisory, testing, and execution Drive continuous innovation and establish Talent Acquisition best practices Requirements Bachelor's degree required Minimum of 5 years of agency and/or corporate recruitment experience Experience supporting core business functions including Technology, Finance & Accounting, People, Legal, Communications, Strategy, Operations, and Supply Chain Experience and knowledge supporting Supply Chain and Operations within fashion apparel or consumer goods Ability to leverage creative strategies to source and attract talent Ability to influence stakeholders and drive favorable decision output Ability to manage unique requisitions in a fast-paced environment Proficient in MS Office Suite, MS Teams, and video conferencing Extensive experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and HCM systems Workday experience a plus Excellent verbal and written communication Highest level of professionalism, customer service, and confidentiality High-touch approach to talent acquisition and stakeholder engagement Ability to proactively develop positive and engaging stakeholder relationships This role is not eligible for sponsorship Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing the recruitment lifecycle for diverse candidates, leveraging creative sourcing strategies, and providing a high-touch candidate experience.
