What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Innovate & Formulate: Design, optimize, and commercialize dry mix products from bench-top concepts to full plant-scale manufacturing.
• Drive Team Success: Actively collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Plant Operations to turn consumer insights into production-ready recipes.
• Client & Field Engagement: Present technical solutions directly to B2B clients and cross-functional stakeholders.

Who We Are Looking For (Requirements)

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on product development experience in food manufacturing.
