You'll work closely with licensed nurses and care staff to administer medications, observe residents' conditions, document changes, and communicate with residents and families as needed. Stores, distributes and documents all prescription and over the counter medication given to residents per protocols and as ordered by the physicianCommunicate appropriate information to family membersProvide treatments, changes dressings, checks blood sugars, oxygen and vitals and other medical interventions according to physicians ordersMaintain all necessary documentation and charting in a timely and accurate mannerAssume the role of Care Partner (resident aide) as neededTake direction from Supervisor, asks for help when needed, supports team membersReport changes in conditions or behaviors to nurses in a timely mannerShift Details:We are primarily hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift. We do not have 1st shift openings at this time.
