A growing organization is hiring an Accounts Payable Associate to support its accounting department with high-volume invoice processing, vendor account management, and expense reporting. This position will work closely with the Accounts Payable Supervisor to ensure invoices and supporting documents are processed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities
-Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, receiving documents, and vendor invoices before entering invoices into the accounting system.
-Process a high volume of vendor invoices with accuracy and attention to detail.
-Monitor the centralized accounts payable inbox and maintain organized digital files.
-Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, billing concerns, and vendor inquiries.
-Reconcile monthly vendor statements and identify missing invoices or supporting documentation.
-Review and process employee expense reports in accordance with company travel and expense policies.
-Maintain complete and accurate accounts payable records.
-Assist the Accounts Payable Supervisor with additional accounting responsibilities as needed.

Key Requirements
-High school diploma or GED required.
-Two to four years of accounts payable or related accounting experience.
-Experience with invoice processing, three-way matching, and vendor statement reconciliations.
-Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment.
-Strong organizational skills and experience maintaining digital filing systems.
-Valid U.S. driver"s license required.

Key Qualifications
-Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred.
-Familiarity with OCR accounts payable software.
-Strong data-entry, research, and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
-Effective written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and collaborate with accounting team members.
