Senior Executive Briefing Center Manager (Hybrid- New York City, NY)

We are looking for a Senior Executive Briefing Center Manager for a B2B high-tech company. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end design and execution of high-stakes executive briefings, ensuring every engagement exceeds expectations and aligns with customer transformation goals.

This is a 12-month (extensions likely), 40-hour/week, hybrid role, 3-4 days on-site at the client's office in New York City, NY.

This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.

Responsibilities

Design & Deliver Unreasonable Hospitality

• In the tradition of Unreasonable Hospitality, you approach every briefing not as a logistical event to manage but as a human experience to design. You notice the details others miss. You anticipate needs before they are voiced. You treat every guest-from the EA who confirmed the calendar invite to the CEO walking through our doors-with the same warmth, care, and intentionality.
• Lead end-to-end design and execution of high-volume executive briefings, ensuring every touchpoint-from pre-arrival through post-briefing follow-up-is deliberate, personal, and aligns with customer transformation goals.
• Deliver Unreasonable Hospitality by approaching every briefing as a human experience to design, not a logistical event to manage. Create moments of genuine surprise and delight through thoughtful details, personalized welcomes, and unexpected moments that signal we did our homework. Uphold the standard that 'good enough' is never the goal- Every interaction is an opportunity to deepen relationships, create lasting impact, and deliver a standard of elite execution.

Serve as the Central Relationship Node

• You are the connective tissue that holds the entire briefing ecosystem together. While others focus on their domain, you see the whole picture-and you make sure every party is aligned, informed, and prepared.
• Serve as the primary point of contact on briefing days: visible, calm, decisive, and always three steps ahead.
• Manage strategic relationships with vendors, caterers, and cross-functional partners-including Workplace Services and Digital Technology-to align expectations, ensure seamless execution, and uphold the program's high standards.
• Forge strong relationships with C-level executives, product evangelists, and cross-functional teams, serving as a trusted advisor who balances customer needs with ServiceNow's strategic priorities.

Execute Flawlessly in a Fast-Paced, Deadline-Driven Environment

• Our briefing calendar runs at a high volume and fast pace, with multiple engagements moving through the Center each week. You are the onsite owner responsible for ensuring every engagement is seamless, polished, and executed to the Gold Standard.
• Review and qualify briefing requests, ensuring objectives, attendees, and logistics are clearly defined before resources are committed.
• Reserve spaces, configure systems (BriefingSource, Teams channels, Zoom links), and create all required briefing documents to program standards.
• Manage logistics end to end-catering, gifting, brand moments, and vendor partnerships.
• Track all milestones: kickoff calls, prep sessions, speaker readiness, and customer reviews. Nothing falls through the cracks.
• Troubleshoot issues in real time on briefing days, making fast, sound decisions without escalating unnecessarily.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in executive marketing, event management, or customer-facing program management in a large, complex organization.
• A genuine, deeply held commitment to hospitality-the belief that how people feel in your care is as important as what they take away. You've read Unreasonable Hospitality, or you've lived in it.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment without compromising quality.
• Strong executive presence: you communicate with confidence, warmth, and clarity at all levels of an organization, from executive assistants to the C-suite.
• Demonstrated skill as a relationship manager-building trust across vendors, internal stakeholders, and senior customer contacts at the same time.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a bias toward proactive, anticipatory action.
• Clear, professional, written, and verbal communication.
• Experience managing vendors and third-party resources for events or programs.
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in O365, CRM systems, Teams/Zoom, and event or briefing tools.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with BriefingSource or similar briefing center management tools.
• Experience with Power BI or other analytics tools to surface insights and guide customer narratives.
• AI enthusiast who stays current on emerging AI technologies, understands their practical business applications, and is eager to explore how AI can enhance the executive experience.
• Background in sales, customer experience, or consulting, integrated marketing, industry events or exhibition floors, demo delivery, or EBC and Customer Advisory Board teams.
• Experience in program reporting, budget tracking, and operational process improvement.
• Exposure to high-tech, fast-paced, global environments.

Compensation: $115/hr. - $120.45/hr. on W2
