Senior Accounting Associate

Managing financial transactions and communications between assigned agencies and insurance carriers, the fully remote Senior Accounting Associate will ensure accurate processing of invoices, statements, payments, and return premiums while maintaining detailed records in AMS360 and providing leadership in the absence of the CP Team Supervisor. Key responsibilities Process carrier invoices and statements, verifying commission percentages and preparing account current entries in AMS360 Manage return premium processing and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and ledger updates Attend team meetings and handle urgent communications, including remittance emails to carriers and account managers Required qualifications Minimum of three (3) years of working experience in accounting Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced skills required Experience in the insurance industry and knowledge of insurance management systems preferred High school diploma or GED Excellent analytical skills and efficient operation of a 10-key pad
