Community-Based Intensive Case Manager

Merakey is seeking a full-time Intensive Case Manager to join our Adult Behavioral Health team based in Carlisle, PA. The role delivers high-quality community-based mental health services to adults in Cumberland and Perry Counties, with a focus on reducing hospitalizations and promoting independence.
