- # Housekeeping Assistant ManagerApply: New Orleans, LA: Full time: Posted 7 Days Ago: R100125299SummaryLegends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for an Assistant Housekeeping Manager for Legends Global/Caesars Superdome | Smoothie King Center | Champions Square.Essential Duties and Responsibilities· Supervise Housekeeping Supervisors, Scheduling Clerk, Storeroom Manager, and Housekeeping Event Supervisors· Maintain appropriate inventory of supplies, meets with vendors to discuss and determine which will be used in the facility inside and outside maintenance personnel· Train housekeeping staff as well as gaining up-to-date knowledge through seminars, etc.· Tour the facility to ensure cleanliness inside and outside· Oversee all operations for housekeeping at the Superdome, Smoothie King Center, and Champions Square during and post-event· Able to function as a manager when needed· Provide recommendations to management if disciplinary actions are necessary· Enforce all policies and procedures· All other duties as assignedQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
