Data Quality Associate | $75/hr Remote

Design and manage data workflows for annotation, collection, processing, and analysis. Establish and track KPIs to improve operational efficiency and data quality. Analyze datasets to identify insights and recommend process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data operations with business objectives. Build and maintain reporting systems to monitor metrics and workflow performance. Continuously refine processes to ensure scalability, accuracy, and data integrity. Take ownership of operational challenges and proactively implement solutions. Requirements Strong experience in data analysis, annotation, or workflow optimization. Familiarity with operational processes and process improvement practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting insights. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail in data validation. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Interest in AI systems, human data operations, and performance optimization.
