Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - School-Based Redford, Michigan | Full-Time | 2026-2027 School Year | On-Site TheraPeds Partners is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for a full-time, school-based opportunity in Redford, Michigan for the 2026-2027 school year. If you enjoy working with children, collaborating with educators and therapists, and helping students develop the communication skills they need to participate successfully in their school day, this could be a great fit. You'll work with students with support from both the district and the TheraPeds team. Position Details Full-time: 36-38 hours per week School year: August 2026-May 2027 Grades: Elementary or Elementary - High School Setting: On-site, in-person Pay: $55-$65/hour, based on experience and employment arrangement Weekly compensation is based on 37.5 hours Guaranteed hours, including designated documentation, planning, and administrative time Manageable caseload Support from both the school district and TheraPeds Partners What You'll Do As a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll help students develop the speech, language, and communication skills needed to access their education and participate successfully in the school environment.
