WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE 

As a Licensed Health Insurance Representative working from home, you will:

• Educate customers on policy options and documentation, clearly explaining the required steps or updates.

• THIS IS NOT A SALES POSTION.

• Identify opportunities sharing additional products that align with the customer’s needs.

• Demonstrate empathy and active listening, ensuring every customer feels heard and supported throughout the interaction.

• Navigate multiple systems simultaneously, while maintaining a smooth and engaging customer conversation.

• Document interactions thoroughly to ensure accuracy, consistency, and continuity of service.

• Engage with customers via an outbound channel.

• Work from a quiet, distraction-free home environment, maintaining professionalism in all communications.

• Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Your skills, integrity, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Licensed Health Insurance Representative (Remote) role include:

• Six months of customer service experience

• Active resident license to sell health insurance

• High school diploma or GED

• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking

• Eagerness to learn new technologies

• Passion for helping others with a patient and empathetic nature

• Ability to pass a background

• This is a seasonal role through December 7, 2026, with an opportunity to extend employment in a different role

• Bilingual not required but encouraged to apply, differential available for Spanish/English bilingual

• Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence

• The base salary range for this position is $21.00 – 23.00/hr. (pay rate will not be below the applicable minimum wage), plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
