Human Resource Assistant @ Main, Cleveland County Full Time Norman, OK, US 4 days ago Requisition ID: 1105 Salary Range: $30,000.00 To $50,000.00 Annually JOB FUNCTION: Reporting to the Director of Administrative Services, this position performs all clerical duties related to agency human resources management. This position provides comprehensive Human Resources support by coordinating recruitment, hiring, background checks, employee onboarding, and maintaining accurate and confidential personnel records. The role ensures employee information, required documentation, training records, and regulatory requirements remain current and compliant. It also supports employee relations, communicates HR policies and procedures, assists with employee appreciation initiatives, and works closely with management and staff to address workplace needs. The position requires strong organization, confidentiality, professionalism, teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while supporting the overall goals and operations of the organization.
