Your Impact

In this role, you will go beyond mere treatment; you will help restore daily routines, uplift spirits, and reignite joy in the lives of your patients. From assisting stroke survivors in refining their motor skills to guiding orthopedic clients in regaining mobility post-surgery, your expertise will be instrumental in delivering person-centered care that nurtures resilience and independence.

This is not a place for impersonal checklists or routines. Here, every patient presents a unique narrative, and each therapy session represents a pivotal moment in their journey of recovery. You will collaborate closely with fellow therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to devise rehabilitation plans that reflect the distinctiveness of each individual.

Why You'll Adore the Team - and the Vibrant Community That Envelops You

Our team has cultivated a truly special environment. We don't just come to work; we inspire one another, share our knowledge, and celebrate achievements both big and small. You'll discover a workplace where your contributions are valued, your professional growth is nurtured, and your impact is palpable each day.

And let's not overlook the location: Irvine , a community that invites discovery and creativity. This is not the stereotypical urban sprawl; instead, you will find picturesque parks, inviting bike paths, and a harmonious blend of nature and amenities-all perfect for unwinding on weekends.

The culture is just as dynamic, where food enthusiasts can savor a myriad of culinary delights, including fresh farm-to-table options, international fare, and vibrant local eateries. The pulsating arts scene captures the spirit of the community, with galleries, theaters, and live music offering an engaging lifestyle beyond work hours.

Your Ideal Fit

We are seeking a professional who perceives occupational therapy as more than a job but as a calling. Someone whose heart swells with pride when a patient regains the ability to perform everyday tasks, takes confident steps unassisted, or articulates a thought they have long struggled to express.

If you are an experienced OTR/L or a newly certified therapist eager to jump-start your career, you will flourish in this role if you embrace empathy, perseverance, and a willingness to grow. If the idea of harmonizing exceptional care with an enriching lifestyle appeals to you - your journey begins here.

Join Us in Crafting a Legacy of Healing - Together

This is your chance to become part of something that transcends a mere job title. Here, your contributions will shape transformations, fuel healing journeys, and help restore what was lost. You will do it all in a region recognized for its perfect blend of ambition and tranquility.

So if you are ready to evolve, make a difference, and anchor yourself in a supportive community - we are excited to welcome you aboard.
