LHH is partnering with a highly respected law firm client in Charlotte, NC to identify a Legal Billing Specialist for a direct hire opportunity. This role will begin onsite, then transition to a hybrid schedule once training is complete. Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end billing processes for an assigned group of approximately 20 attorneys
• Handle electronic billing (e-billing) in compliance with client guidelines
• Communicate regularly with attorneys and clients to resolve billing inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Perform billing reconciliations and ensure accuracy of invoices
• Assist with additional billing and accounting-related duties as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of legal billing experience required specifically e-billing
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment
• Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Compensation & Schedule

Salary range: $65,000 $80,000 (based on experience)

Schedule: Onsite to start, then hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days work from home)
