They will negotiate appropriately to take care of the well being of their people if PTO is needed You can earn up to 20% of your base in Bonus - paid out monthly and attainable, due to operational excellence Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications: You must have a minimum of 2 years of full-service concept experience as a Restaurant Manager You must have a passion for genuine hospitality and be guest-first focused You must have integrity, character, and professionalism You must TRULY care about people, especially the team!
