Job Description As a key partner and support to the AVP, Commercial Strategy and Operations, the Senior Manager, Commercial Strategy & Operations will play a key role in driving the execution and oversight of strategic initiatives reporting across the organization. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining dashboards to track key priorities, milestones, KPIs, risks, and dependencies, ensuring leadership has clear visibility into initiative performance. The role will also require strong presentation development skills, including the ability to create executive-ready decks that synthesize data, highlight insights, and support strategic decision-making. In partnership with cross-functional stakeholders, the Senior Manager will translate complex information into concise, actionable recommendations, support regular business reviews, and help drive accountability, transparency, and operational excellence across key programs. Key Responsibilities Lead strategy and operations support for key business initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and timelines. Monitor initiative status, identify gaps or roadblocks, and recommend actions to maintain momentum and accountability. Develop and maintain executive leadership goal-tracking dashboards to monitor strategic initiatives, KPI progress, and organizational performance metrics. Prepare regular operating reviews, leadership updates, and ad hoc analyses to support strategic discussions. Lead select cross-functional project planning and execution; ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities. Partner with business leaders, functional teams, and data stakeholders to define metrics, reporting cadence, and performance standards. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Develop executive-ready presentation decks that synthesize findings, highlight trends, and support decision-making. Create concise narratives that connect analytics, business context, and recommended next steps. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and clarity across reporting and presentation materials. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Minimum eight years of experience in consulting, marketing, or operations A track record of planning, executing, and delivering results for complex and cross-functional projects Effective interpersonal relationship building and influencing skills Ability to effectively communicate and partner with key stakeholders The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Dashboard development and reporting Strong data visualization and KPI tracking Executive presentation design and storytelling Strategic thinking and cross-functional partnership Ability to distill complex information into concise leadership materials Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and data accuracy Additional Information Applicable only to applicants applying to a position in any location with pay disclosure requirements under state or local law: ​ The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position.
