Finance Operations Manager

Leading the Payment Operations function, the full-time Finance Operations Manager will oversee transaction processing for a global CFD brokerage and cryptocurrency exchange, focusing on payment processing accuracy, infrastructure maintenance, and team management in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage timely and accurate payment processing across all products and jurisdictions using defined KPIs Proactively oversee relationships with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) to ensure optimal performance and minimize customer impact Mentor and manage a globally distributed Financial Operations team to maintain performance and service standards Required qualifications Strong knowledge of high-risk payment operations, including card processing and cryptocurrency payments Experience in a CFD brokerage, Payment Service Provider (PSP), or cryptocurrency exchange environment Proven ability to work autonomously while managing operational outcomes and escalations Strong problem-solving abilities to resolve complex payment operations issues independently Prior roles such as Senior Payment Operations Manager or Financial Operations Director are preferred
