Position Overview The Project Coordinator in the Fiber Division plays a pivotal role in supporting the successful planning, execution, and completion of infrastructure construction projects. This is a collaborative environment where strong organizational and communication skills are key. Projects are to be delivered on time and within scope. Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project managers. Act as a liaison between project managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, plans, schedules, and reports. Coordinate resources, materials, and equipment for project activities, ensuring efficient utilization. Identify and assess project risks, and work with the team to develop mitigation strategies. Schedule and organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes. Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Assist in tracking project expenses and maintaining financial records. Generate regular project status reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with the team to address and resolve project-related issues in a timely manner. Ensure projects adhere to industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Qualification and skills Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in the construction or infrastructure industry. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
