About the Role \n

Enterprise sales gets complicated quickly. A prospect can move from an initial conversation to a demo, technical evaluation, POC, procurement, and commercial negotiations, with dozens of people and data points involved along the way.

\n

The Sales Operations Associate is responsible for making that process measurable, organized, and scalable.

\n

\n

You'll work closely with sales and leadership to maintain the systems behind our revenue organization. You'll own CRM accuracy, pipeline reporting, sales analytics, forecasting support, and the operational processes that allow the team to understand where opportunities stand and what is happening across the funnel.

\n

\n

This is not an administrative sales-support role. We're looking for someone who can look at a pipeline and identify what the data is telling us, recognize where our processes are breaking down, and build better ways of operating as the company scales.

What You'll Do \n

CRM & pipeline operations

\n

•     Own the accuracy and structure of our CRM, including opportunity stages, account data, contacts, activity records, and required fields

\n

•     Establish and maintain clear standards for how opportunities move through the sales pipeline

\n

•     Audit pipeline data regularly and resolve missing, inconsistent, or outdated information

\n

•     Maintain visibility into active opportunities, stage progression, pipeline coverage, and deal velocity

\n

•     Improve CRM workflows and automation as the sales organization grows

\n

Sales reporting & analytics

\n

•     Build and maintain recurring sales reports and dashboards for leadership

\n

•     Track core revenue metrics including pipeline creation, conversion rates, sales-cycle length, stage progression, and closed business

\n

•     Analyze pipeline trends and identify bottlenecks or inconsistencies

\n

•     Support leadership with data for sales planning and revenue reviews

\n

•     Develop increasingly sophisticated reporting as historical sales data grows

\n

Forecasting & planning

\n

•     Support sales forecasting by maintaining accurate opportunity data and identifying changes in pipeline assumptions

\n

•     Help leadership understand expected revenue across different time horizons

\n

•     Track performance against sales goals and operating targets

\n

•     Maintain historical pipeline data that can be used to improve future forecasting

\n

Sales process & infrastructure

\n

•     Document and improve sales processes from opportunity creation through close

\n

•     Identify repetitive or manual processes that can be standardized or automated

\n

•     Maintain sales documentation, definitions, and operating procedures

\n

•     Evaluate and help implement tools that improve sales productivity

\n

•     Partner with leadership as the company develops a more scalable revenue operations infrastructure

\n
