This full-time position, available immediately through June 10, 2027, is based near Pontiac, MI and involves working 35 hours per week with students from kindergarten to age 26 in a center-based program. Key Qualifications:

• Active Michigan Physical Therapist license (please provide a screenshot upon applying).
• Prior experience in a school-based setting.
• Expertise in working with children and young adults with moderate to severe disabilities.
• Strong collaboration skills and a patient, compassionate approach.
• Ability to commit to a full-time, onsite schedule.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored physical therapy interventions to meet IEP goals for students.
• Collaborate closely with special education teams, teachers, and families to optimize student outcomes.
• Perform ongoing assessments and maintain thorough, accurate documentation.
• Participate in regular IEP meetings and contribute professional insights for student progress planning.
• Provide training and support for school staff in positioning and mobility techniques.
• Ensure compliance with state and district protocols for therapy delivery and documentation.
