Business Analyst

- Overall IT experience and with prior strong Agile Product owner experience. Should be able to drive independently
- Good healthcare experience.
- Engage business partners and various project stakeholders to understand requirements, pain points, hidden needs and expected outcomes.
- User story documentation experience in Agile Tool, manage story aging, manage WIP, epic sizing, etc.
- Hands on experience in working on Agile Tools - Jira, Jira Align. Leverage Agile tools and implement strategies to optimize team performance and achieve overall departments objectives.
- Ability to work cross functionally with multiple product teams, software engineering, QA Teams, etc.
- Facilitate Product backlog grooming sessions.
- Develop and maintains Product road map and backlog to capture business themes, epics, and stories while collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize the highest impact work to be delivered soonest.
- Ensure product deliverables meet business requirements by participating in identifying, designing and testing solutions. Ensure requirements integrity by managing changes to requirements.
- Identifies, monitors and communicates product health metrics and KPI's with the project/product teams.
