Quick Facts: Location: Minneapolis, MN Start Date: 11/16/2026 End Date: 02/15/2027 Shift: 24-hour in-house call (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM); optional 12-hour shifts available (half rate) Hours/Week: 40+ hours Employment Type: Contract/Temporary Licenses/Certifications: Minnesota Medical License (preferred), IMLC required if no MN license, BLS, Board-certified Ob/Gyn Experience: High-risk obstetric experience, trauma level I or II preferred Pay & Benefits: Hourly Rate: $5,779.80 Pay package discussed upon application Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time per applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program and dedicated support team What You’ll Do: Co-manage high-risk obstetric patients, including those requiring advanced care such as ECMO Assist with labor, delivery, and obstetric procedures, including cesarean sections Provide urgent OB care and manage emergency situations on the unit Collaborate with Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists and ICU teams for complex cases Support postpartum care and maternal health management Document all patient interactions accurately in Epic/eRelevant EMR systems What You Need: Active Minnesota Medical License (preferred) or IMLC Board-certified Ob/Gyn Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in high-risk obstetrics or trauma settings Strong skills in labor and delivery, obstetric procedures, and emergency management Ability to work 24/7 shifts and adapt to flexible scheduling About the Assignment: This assignment involves providing high-quality obstetric care at a reputable facility in Minneapolis, MN. The role requires strong collaboration with MFM specialists and ICU teams to deliver exceptional care for high-risk maternal patients. The facility boasts a Level II nursery, high patient volume (11-12 deliveries daily), and state-of-the-art electronic medical records. No GYN coverage is required at this time; focus is primarily on obstetrics, including supporting emergency cases and high-risk pregnancies.
