Sales Development Manager

To support a growing sales team, the full-time Outbound Sales Development Manager will lead and develop a high-performing team of outbound Sales Development Representatives, focusing on generating pipeline and achieving sales quotas in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Coach team members by reviewing calls and providing actionable feedback Manage sales metrics, including meetings held and quality of leads passed to Account Executives Oversee the hiring process and facilitate the onboarding of new sales representatives Required Qualifications Experience leading an outbound sales development team or a proven track record as a senior SDR Proven success in a SaaS or technology sales environment Comfort with high-volume outbound sales activities Strong data-driven approach to analyzing sales funnels Excellent organizational skills and sound judgment in prioritizing tasks
