SPC Supply Chain Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and supply chain industry, is seeking a Logistics Specialist to join their team. As a Logistics Specialist, you will be part of the Supply Chain Department supporting various operational functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title Logistics Specialist Location Forest City, IA (100% onsite) Pay Range Period: $18 - $20 per hour Duration: 6 month contract Shifts 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. What's the Job? Manage intercompany orders, including order entry, inquiries, change requests, and exceptions. Investigate order status, resolve shipment discrepancies, and address back‑order situations. Manage reporting processes for demand planning, order management, inventory, and financial reporting. Follow established procedures within supply planning, warehousing, transportation, and inventory control. Utilize tracking systems to monitor progress and report results, ensuring timely and accurate execution. What's Needed? Experience in supply chain or logistics operations. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work independently within defined work priorities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proficiency with tracking and reporting systems. HS Diploma and experience with MS Office.
