Collaborate with development teams to review technical requirements ensuring alignment with business needs and scalability. Perform complex data analysis, design data models, and develop strategic solutions to support business objectives. Participate actively in agile routines including sprint planning, capacity planning, prioritization, and backlog management. Review testing and implementation phases to ensure accuracy and successful deployment of solutions. What's Needed? Prior experience as a business analyst working on significant technical delivery projects. Effective communication skills with technical, business, and quantitative stakeholders. Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and presentations for non-technical audiences. Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
