About This Opportunity The Jr. Staff Accountant supports daily accounting activities with a focus on accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing. This role helps ensure accurate financial records and assists the accounting team with month-end close and audit preparation. Process vendor invoices and payments. Record customer payments and manage outstanding receivables. Prepare and send customer invoices. Assist with account reconciliations and resolving discrepancies. Support month-end close tasks, including basic journal entries and reports. Help gather documents and schedules for audits. Maintain organized financial files and perform other general accounting duties as needed. Requirements AA degree or equivalent work experience. 2 years accounting experience required, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Experience working with VISUAL ERP preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
