About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its finance and operations functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financials of the firm, including those for funds, co-investment vehicles, and management company operations. This role involves developing and managing the finance and operations team, establishing robust financial controls and infrastructure, and collaborating with founders on strategic financial planning and budgeting. The CFO will also be the senior financial leader, driving impactful decisions, and must be adept at managing fund accounting processes, limited partner onboarding, and leading annual audit and tax cycles. Applicants for the CFO position at the company must have a Bachelor of Science degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years' of finance experience, particularly in leadership roles within investment firms or fund administration. Proficiency in fund finance, including capital calls, NAV, and GAAP financials, is essential, as is experience in managing audits, tax cycles, and compliance processes. The role requires a candidate with strong judgment, the ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced environments, and excellent leadership and team development skills. A CPA certification is strongly preferred. The CFO will be expected to bring the finance and operations functions in-house, set high operational standards, and contribute to a positive team culture focused on success.
