About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Merchandising for its Fashion Bedding division. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the merchandising strategy across a multi-brand portfolio, with a focus on driving trend-forward assortment planning, seasonal collection development, and channel-specific strategies. This role requires a leader who can balance core replenishment programs with trend-driven seasonal collections, ensuring the portfolio remains competitive in a fast-moving, design-driven category. Key responsibilities include owning the merchandising strategy, directing assortment planning, and line reviews by brand and account, as well as working closely with e-commerce merchandising teams to integrate online selling insights into the retail strategy. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' merchandising experience in fashion bedding, home textiles, or a related trend-driven soft goods category, with a strong preference for those with a background in fashion bedding. The role demands a strong eye for color, pattern, and textile trends, and the ability to translate fashion sensibility into commercially viable product lines. The VP will also be expected to have a proven track record in managing multi-brand portfolios across major retail accounts and e-commerce marketplaces, as well as experience in partnering with design and product development teams. Analytical skills, leadership experience, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field are required, with an MBA being a plus. The position involves domestic and international travel as needed.
