About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Digital Strategy and Merchandising to lead the charge in scaling omni-channel growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing digital merchandising and strategy, with a focus on driving revenue and conversion across all platforms. This role demands a dynamic leader with a proven track record in defining and executing best-in-class customer experiences, particularly through effective site content and innovative merchandising tactics. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in digital merchandising for e-commerce and wholesale, preferably within the fashion or luxury sectors. The VP will also be responsible for leading a high-performance team, partnering with cross-functional teams, and ensuring a seamless experience for both customers and consignors. A strong background in financial analysis, P&L management, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leadership are essential.
