Join our team, and be your true self to do your best work. Description The Director of Solutions Architecture will lead Cobalt’s pre-sales technical organization. This role blends strategic leadership, customer engagement, and hands-on understanding of Cobalt’s products to support our rapid growth objectives. The ideal candidate is a strong technical leader and field-facing advisor who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution - developing high-performing teams, engaging with enterprise customers, and influencing product and sales strategy. The salary range for this role is $157,800 - $197,250 per year base + variable + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, and certifications. The salary range may differ in other states and may be impacted by proximity to major metropolitan cities.
