Key Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapy license.
• Experience in a school-based environment preferred.
• Knowledge of strategies to support sensory, fine motor, and adaptive skills.
• Ability to provide effective 1:1 services tailored to individual education plans (IEPs).
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teachers, parents, and support staff.
• Adaptable, organized, and confident utilizing technology for documentation.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess student needs and develop individualized treatment plans alongside educators and families.
• Deliver direct 1:1 occupational therapy sessions in accordance with IEP goals.
• Track student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in IEP meetings as required.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy strategies into daily school routines.
• Offer professional recommendations for classroom accommodations and adaptive equipment.
