Senior Data & AI Services Seller: two seats (Southeast and Midwest)

A fast-growing global Data & AI consultancy is hiring two hunters to open up new territory in the US. If you like building your own pipeline, owning a number, and working closely with the big data platform vendors, this could be a strong fit.

Comp

• $130K Base
• $260K OTE, with accelerators post-quota attainment

The seats

• Southeast - DC down to Florida
• Midwest, based in the Chicago area
• Both roles are remote, with roughly 30–50% travel

The job

You’ll be a front-line seller. You’ll go after named large and upper mid-market accounts in retail and consumer goods, healthcare and life sciences, public sector, and manufacturing. You’ll sell the firm’s full range of services, led by AI, data modernization and modern data platform programs, and you’ll be measured on closed revenue, pipeline coverage and new logos.

What you’ll be doing

• Carrying an annual services bookings target for your region, covering both new clients and growth in existing accounts
• Building around three times your target in pipeline yourself, through outbound, executive networking, events and partner-sourced leads
• Co-selling with account teams at Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft, AWS and Anthropic, including joint planning and pipeline reviews
• Working with delivery and account leadership to find growth in existing clients before it reaches procurement
• Running deals from first conversation to signature, including the business case, pricing and negotiation, using a structured methodology such as MEDDPICC
• Holding business-outcome conversations with CIOs, CDOs, CFOs and operational leaders
• Keeping your forecast and CRM clean and up to date every week

You’ll need

• 5–8 years of quota-carrying sales in data, analytics, AI or digital transformation services, with consistent attainment
• A history of building your own pipeline, not inheriting one
• Experience across both quick-turn fixed-fee projects ($75K–$250K) and large multi-phase programs ($1M+)
• A real record of generating pipeline with the hyperscalers or data platform vendors, working directly with their field teams
• Strong collaboration with delivery, pre-sales and alliance teams
• Executive presence, and business cases that stand up to a CFO

• An existing network of executives and partner sellers in your region
