This executive leader will play a critical role in driving patient care excellence, improving operational processes, strengthening workforce engagement, and ensuring regulatory readiness while partnering closely with the CEO and senior leadership team. Why join us Competitive salary of $135,000-$150,000 annually Eligible for hospital incentive plan Direct partnership with CEO and executive leadership team Lead approximately 150 FTEs across multiple clinical departments Opportunity to drive meaningful process improvement initiatives Lead a blend of experienced and newly hired clinical staff Stable staffing environment with opportunities for continued team development Executive-level visibility and organizational impact Opportunity to prepare and lead upcoming Joint Commission survey readiness efforts Job Details Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for nursing and clinical operations Oversee Nursing, Education, Dialysis, Respiratory Therapy, and Clinical Dietitian services Lead and develop nursing leadership, including Nurse Managers and Nurse Supervisors Drive patient care quality, safety initiatives, and clinical excellence programs Ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards and regulatory requirements Lead operational improvement efforts and implement sustainable process changes Manage staffing strategies, workforce planning, employee engagement, and retention initiatives Monitor nursing quality indicators, patient outcomes, productivity, and operational performance metrics Develop and execute nursing department goals aligned with organizational objectives Foster interdisciplinary collaboration across all clinical departments Prepare the organization for accreditation surveys and regulatory inspections Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional development efforts throughout the nursing organization Participate in executive on-call responsibilities and organizational leadership initiatives Partner with senior leadership to drive hospital performance and patient satisfaction outcomes Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
