Grand Prix Motors is looking for a highly motivated and dependable team member to join our growing operation!

This is a unique, full-time role that combines customer service, dispatching, and administrative support for both our towing and auto repair divisions. You’ll be a key part of keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly—helping customers, coordinating services, and ensuring everything behind the scenes is accurate and organized.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and dispatch towing services
• Greet customers and assist with towing and repair needs
• Coordinate with drivers and technicians to ensure efficient workflow
• Prepare invoices and assist with billing and payment processing
• Handle DMV paperwork, including abandoned vehicle processing
• Maintain organized and accurate records of all transactions
• Support general office operations and daily administrative tasks
• Help ensure a smooth, professional customer experience from start to finish

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in office administration, towing, or automotive is a plus
• Clean driver’s license
• Commitment to professionalism, accuracy, and teamwork
