Location: Miami, FL | Salary: $85K–$100K + Bonuses We are seeking a motivated Marketing Director to drive referrals, admissions, and community outreach for a skilled nursing facility in Miami. The ideal candidate has strong healthcare relationships, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to grow referral sources. Qualifications 2+ years of healthcare marketing, admissions, or business development experience Skilled Nursing, Rehab, Home Health, Hospice, or post-acute experience preferred Strong networking and relationship-building skills Self-starter with excellent communication and follow-up skills We Offer $85K–$100K salary Performance bonuses Comprehensive benefits Paid time off
