This role performs inspections of finished products, subassemblies, and components throughout the production process. The Final Inspector identifies nonconforming materials, documents inspection results, and works with production and quality teams to ensure product compliance and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesInspect finished products prior to shipment to verify compliance with quality standards and specificationsPerform inspections of subassemblies and components throughout the production processIdentify and tag nonconforming materials using established red tag proceduresDocument inspection results and nonconformances according to company quality processesCommunicate quality issues with production and quality teams to support corrective actionMaintain accurate records of inspection findings and test resultsRequired QualificationsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsBasic computer skillsExperience using precision measuring equipment such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and other measuring devicesStrong written and verbal communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience using Microsoft Excel to log red tags, inspection data, and final test resultsShift Needs: Second shift MON-THURS (3pm-1am) Weekends FRI-SUN (5a-5p)
