Marketing Communications Coordinator

Overview We're seeking passionate and dedicated individuals (preferably local to the Tampa Bay area) to join our Marketing & Communications Committee at Dreams2Reality Endeavors, Inc. These volunteer positions will help us maximize our resources and ensure our organization’s message and initiatives reach the communities we serve. Role Summary We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals (preferably local to the Tampa Bay area) to join our Marketing & Communications Committee . These volunteer positions will help us maximize our resources and ensure our organization’s message and initiatives reach the communities we serve. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the organization’s social media pages , ensuring consistent messaging and engagement. Create and curate compelling content for newsletters, social media, and campaigns. Maintain and update the website , ensuring events, news, and resources are current. Collaborate with the Marketing Director and other committee members to implement marketing strategies. Assist in promoting events, fundraising campaigns, and volunteer initiatives. Provide creative ideas to increase visibility, engagement, and awareness of Dreams2Reality Endeavors’ mission. Qualifications Experience in marketing, communications, content creation, social media management, or web management . Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with digital platforms, social media tools, and website management. Graphic design and familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar are a plus , but not required. Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented, mission-driven environment. Passion for serving and uplifting underserved communities. Previous volunteer experience is a plus , but not required.
