Responsibilities The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP‑BC) participates in an integrated care team model. Key activities include: Medication management and individual psychotherapy Family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed Documentation of clinical care following treatment sessions Collaboration with physicians, psychologists, and licensed mental health professionals Customize the Care You have autonomy to determine visit frequency and session length for each patient, tailoring treatment to a broad range of presenting problems. Schedule Flexibility Enjoy the freedom to create custom schedules for a balanced work/life experience. Typical availability is Monday‑Friday between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
